Datuk Ali to appeal the decision barring him to contest

Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam says he will appeal the Umno disciplinary board decision barring him from contesting the deputy president's post.

Ali, currently a vice-president, was found guilty of association with agents who were involved in money politics on his behalf.

But he says he is willing to make sacrifices for the sake of the party, and will accept the decision of the disciplinary board if his appeal is unsuccessful. He has called for his supporters to remain calm while waiting for the outcome of his appeal.

Pemimpin yang kuat akan sentiasa redha dengan segala cabaran yang dilemparkan kepadanya.

Namun selagi wisel penamat belum ditiup, permainan masih belum tamat.

Cuba & cuba lagi DSAR!

Be it cowboy or red indians, strong politicians don't beat around the bush. They don't sabotage, they don't run and they don't cry.

Political cows do the opposite.

True politicians 'willing to face the gun with a smile!'

DSAR is a victim of najib
if najib, with all his scandals, real or perceived, can go 4 d no. 1post, why cant DSAR?
its simply cos he is not najib's man.
y didnt rithaudeen n co.take action against so many others who we all know r doing dirty deals right now?
its simply cos they r najib's men
as rosmah said, it is najib's turn.
so, its only fair that it is also his men's turns
umno has no place 4 men of other leanings, even good men like DSAR.
see wat our beloved umno has become
i strongly urge DSAR to turn to ALLAH 4 strength n carry on d good fight
all good men must question this unfairness
4 d sake of umno
4 d sake of malacca
